The Chaos of Life....

My dad remarried back in November and so far my little sister has not taken kindly to our new family. She has flat out told my stepsisters that she hates our stepmom. She is not willing to accept them as family and has since moved to live with a family friend of ours until this Friday when she moves to Sammamish, Washington to live with my mom's friend and her husband and two kids. I am sad that Stacey has resorted to this but I do believe she needs time away. However, she is going to realize quickly that its not some fairytale land like it is when she goes to visit. She'll actually have to go to school there and work and such. Whatever happens I hope she realizes what she is leaving behind and is sorry about how she has treated our family and that our stepmom is not trying to replace our mom, no one can do that and Angela (stepmom) knows that. Stacey has been living in a way that she has gotten every single thing she wants but has now started to be shot down when she asks for stuff to often and such. However she doesn't realize how dangerous it is to be so attached to 'stuff'. The people she has been living with have given her just a taste of it due to the lack of wireless internet and cable in their home. They have one computer and are not allowed to just sit around on your butt doing nothing but watching TV and playing on your laptop. I'm glad Stacey has been exposed to this but it wont happen in Washington. She gets her own room, wireless internet, TV in her room (again) with her Wii, and basically whatever the heck she wants.  Growing up I was always the one who got shot down for stuff. I always had to save for stuff but Stacey almost always got what she wanted. However, I think that will give me the better work ethic between us because I am willing to work for what I get. She is just too spoiled to often. Now that she will be on a budget though maybe, JUST maybe she will learn. I just hope she doesn't screw herself up to much and she will turn around. She also stopped going to church and dropped from her confirmation class. Why? Because the woman she will be living with in Washington doesn't go and doesn't like our priest therefore Stacey won't go or like our priest. This is what angers me because she accuses Dad and I for forgetting our mom and such because we have accepted Angela. However, I think it is the other way around. Mom would have been so upset for her leaving the church but she wants to be like JUNE not MOM.  Now whose forgetting? I just hope she realizes how much of an ass she has made herself to be.

An Equestrian blog?

So ya it's been awhile....again. It's finals week and I have nothing to study right now so I'm taking a break. I always forget I have this thing. I think I may just start writing about all the stuff I do with horses and such now and what I learn in my classes. That will actually give me a topic :D Or just start another blog :)

One Year Later

It hasn't been a full year yet since my last post but it's close! So much has happened since last February when my mom past away. Here are the adventures of 2011:
~Had a singing role in the spring musical "The Pajama Game"
~Graduated with Honors
~Given the highest honor award from my school along with my friend Mike Ostlie, The Saint Joseph's Award
~Took a temp job at Admiral Beverage for 6 weeks
~Went to Denver, Colorado for the Steubenville of the Rockies conference
~Saw the final movie for the end of the Harry Potter series :( Sadness but great movie
~Began hanging out with my now best friend Michael :)
~Turned 18
~Started dating my best friend ;)
~Moved to Logan, Utah for college
~ Began my first year of college and I am now in my 2nd semester :)
~ Made the English Equestrian team and I have placed 6th, 5th, and two 4ths in 4 different shows :D
~My dad remarried and we moved
So it was a very hectic year....but I am the happiest I've been in a long time with my boyfriend and my friends and roommates at school :) I am also studying Equine Management and Sciences so that I can later move on to get my Masters in Equine Nutrition. I can't wait! I am currently taking a horseshoeing class too :)
I don't know if there is anything else I am missing but that's the jist of it :)

Mom

I said goodbye this week to the most wonderful and loving women in my life: my mom. She past away on february 25th due to rare complications from a blood transfusion after a stroke. Every time I come home from school or where ever it's hard to think she's not there. I miss seeing her smiling face when I come in the door. I miss sitting and talking to her for hours about school, theatre, boys, etc. I miss her laugh and I even miss her nagging on me. Mom I love you and I hope you and Toni and grandma v are up there having a great time together being reunited in heaven. Love andi

Its been a while....

I can't wait for Christmas break! School has been so stressful especially when you add auditions on to it. Finals are Thursday and Friday and auditions are tomorrow and Tuesday. Nervous! Though I have less stress than most of my classmates. They are all still worrying about college applications. My one application is totally finished and sent in. That takes off a lot of stress :)

Most Stress filled week in the history of school and theatre! How did I not break down???

So this past week was hell-week for the play I'm performing in, "The Madwoman of Challiot". We were getting prepared every night til nearly 9. When we opened on Thursday it was 10:30 by the time I got home. Here comes the good stuff though: If you were picking the weekends to open and perform a play, wouldn't you love to say you wouldn't pick the end of the quarter? Well our director did. Friday ended our first quarter, leaving me to catch up on 4 chapters of AP Bio (vocab,packets, and quizzes!!!), write an Honors 3-5 page paper for government, make-up a Pre-calc test, and so much more. All the while, grandma came to visit the Saturday before last and left thursday and my mom went into the hospital...Can you see where I would be a little stressed? and from that stress I got sick as well...Lovely isn't it???? Anyway, until this morning, I really didn't realize that this had all been one week. It felt a lot more like 2 at least! Thanks for reading about my stressful week!

DENVER!!!!!!

Yay! Denver is in 3 days and I am so excited! This year it is all girls that are going on the trip with 3 sets of sisters with a total of 14 of us including the chaperons. This should be a very interesting trip this year. (Sabrina +Redbull+Me+ Post-its+ 8 hours of driving= Insane!) Having my sister along this year will be especially interesting :)
